When you register, we collect your name, email address, artwork preference, optional country, referral source, and timestamps recording your permissions. Cloudflare may process technical data to operate and protect the website.

Purposes and legal basis

With your consent, we record your interest and email you when the first edition becomes available. If you separately opt in, we may also email you occasional news about artworks, new collections and GALLERY 324. We record the date of each consent. You may withdraw either permission at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Storage and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1 to host the website and store registration information. Cloudflare may process information outside the European Economic Area subject to applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We intend to retain registration information for no longer than 12 months unless you renew your permission or an applicable legal requirement justifies longer retention. We will implement a deletion process before launch. You can request deletion sooner.
